About the Role?

You will manage a mixed caseload of commercial disputes matters which involves company/shareholder issues, intellectual property, technology goods and services, probate, financial services and harassment.  You will advise a wide range of clients which will include, local authorities, banks, insurers and large companies. You will also assist partners with their high level commercial dispute work.

You will be confident in involving yourself with new business development and raising the firms profile.

Additionally, you will be completing Management Information correctly and on time.
