LGSS Law Ltd is an innovative social enterprise law firm providing legal services to the public and not for profit sector. We have grown significantly in recent years and in addition to our head office in Huntingdon, we have branch offices in Cambridge, Northampton and Shefford. We pride ourselves on giving high quality, comprehensive and affordable advice to our many clients, who include local authorities, health bodies, charities, schools and housing associations across the region.

Due to the rapid growth of the business we are currently recruiting for several exciting opportunities within our contracts and procurement departments.

Principal Lawyer:  We are looking for a proactive and self- motivated Lawyer to lead and develop a highly regarded team of lawyers, paralegals and trainee solicitors within LGSS Law Ltd. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of commercial matters such as contract, procurement and company law. The role requires proven ability to lead and motivate others and a commitment to working for clients in the public and not for profit sectors as well as an enthusiasm for the challenging and rewarding diversity of work the role brings. 

The role is based primarily at our head office in Huntingdon but will also involve regular travel between our three branch offices and client sites as necessary.  

Public sector experience is highly desirable however those with public law experience from within private practice are also encouraged to apply. If the chance to play an integral part in this increasingly interesting but challenging area of law excites you, we would like to hear from you.
