Role: Locum Company Commercial Solicitor
Location: Kent
Dates: ASAP, 3 month contract (Part-time available)
The Role
Urgently seeking a Locum Company Commercial Solicitor for a long term locum role based in Kent. The successful Locum Company Commercial Solicitor will be handling a caseload of Company Commercial matters including advice of starting and running a business, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, shareholder agreements, franchises and more
Essential Experience
Applicants for this Company Commercial role should have experience dealing with all aspects of Corporate Law, as well as having a good general legal knowledge
Desirable Experience
Past experience of academies and conversions is advantageous but by no means necessary.
