Job Details
Our client is a strong Legal 500 mid tier practice in Manchester with a well regarded corporate team handling work across Manchester and the North West. They now seek to appoint a corporate paralegal to assist the team in a very hands on role.
The corporate team is sizeable and as a corporate paralegal you will be exposed to great quality work, assisting the partners and lawyers with a range of tasks, in the main across M&A, disposals and investments working for a broad range of clients mainly in the mid market in the North West, nationally and overseas.
With a stand out reputation for the quality service the corporate team provides, you will play a key role in assisting with corporate transactions dealt with by the team in a commercially driven and timely manner. This role will really allow you to learn and develop as a corporate paralegal in Manchester.
