The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Senior Residential Property Solicitor for this exceptional opportunity to head up the office and department of this Kingston upon Thames based firm.

The Kingston office has recently been acquired; you will head up this small office which is currently dealing with just Residential Property. You will have administrative support with the finance support and other Partners / practice areas being based out of another office.

You will take over a full high-quality general Residential Property caseload and will have the support of a Paralegal from day one. This role will give you lots of autonomy from day 1, and you will have the ability to grow the office working in Partnership with the other Partners based out of a different office.

You will a lovely culture throughout the firm with real team spirit.

This role would offer the perfect springboard for someone seeking Head of department / Partnership.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / ILEX with at least four years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You should be able to run a caseload with minimal supervision
• This role also offers a very lucrative bonus structure
• You have excellent communication skills
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience.
