Are you an enthusiastic Real Estate Solicitor looking for an opportunity to join a prestigious and growing legal practice based in Liverpool City Centre? If so, we have the role for you.
The firm is seeking an ambitious solicitor who is interested in working with clients in a range of sectors with a focus on the Property sector. The successful Real Estate Solicitor will be responsible for handling their own case load, which will focus initially on landlord and tenant matters. You will be working with an experienced and successful team, but will also work closely with partners on larger projects when required.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a genuine passion for Property and show commitment to their own development in this area of specialism. This is an opportunity to be a part of an innovative and exciting law firm and excel in your career as a Real Estate Solicitor.
You will handle varied development work, acquisitions/disposals, investment work, landlord and tenant, secured lending and corporate support, as well as strategic advice. A minimum of 2 years' PQE is desirable but not essential for this role.
