Job Details

Opportunity for an experienced Trusts Manager to join this in-house practice and work on high value trusts matters. You will primarily be dealing with UK based clients who have a mixture of onshore & offshore Trust accounts with a varying degree of values. This firm are established worldwide and are continuing to grow throughout the UK via acquisitions.

You will be dealing with trust management and trust taxation matters as well as having your portfolio of clients. A knowledge of the taxation of trusts and reporting to HMRC is desirable. Ideally you will also have experience of LPA's and dealing with power of attorney cases.

The matters you will be working on will vary in terms of value from client to client however trust values will range up to £multi-million. Experience of dealing with CRS and FATCA, completing for the HMRC Trust register and completing LTC4's will prove advantageous. Ideally you will be STEP qualified or working towards STEP qualification.
