My client is a leading Law Firm with a network of offices across the UK. They are a top 100 law firm and have achieved Gold Standard Investors in People and is a fantastic place to work.
They advise companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.
The Manchester based team is currently searching for an experienced Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with experience of Residential Property for their hugely successful Real Estate Team. The successful candidate will be looking for that next step in their career progression and be eager to make their mark in a friendly, collegiate and award winning team.
With increasing work levels my clients Residential Development team is keen to speak to Solicitors/Legal Executives/Licensed Conveyancers demonstrating strong commercial and technical experience or a strong interest (depending on the level of qualification) in working within the Residential Development team concentrating on sales of new build property to Registered Proprietors. The work will include but not limited to the development agreements, development management agreements, site set up work, preparing leases and transfers.
