Our client, with offices across the UK is looking to recruit an experienced Property lawyer to their specialist team in the north. The role is based in their Northern Office located in central Leeds.
The role:
Covering the full range of property related legal issues; there will be emphasis on site acquisition and development projects, which include:
- Structuring transactions with reference to SDLT and VAT
- Dealing with access rights
- Drafting full reports on titles
- Section 106 agreements and planning
- Conditional contracts and option agreements
Business development is a crucial part of the role and the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a passion and understand of the need to market themselves. Experience with site acquisition and development work is ideal along with a strong academic background.
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in dealing with Real Estate and Regeneration and will hold a minimum of 2:1 at degree level. You will possess excellent client care as well as communication skills.
