Job Details
National law firm opportunity for a Residential Development Solicitor to join this market leading and award winning practice in Manchester.
You will join the residential development team to work with the firm’s property developer and investor clients. As part of the residential development team, you will engage on plot sales including site set ups, where you will be involved in drafting development agreements, development management agreements and preparing leases & transfers.
With a good level of autonomy, you will work as part of a national team developing existing client relationships, and contributing to business development with the residential development market.
