Property Solicitor - Residential

My client is one of the most reputable law firms in the UK. Their Real Estate group is one of the largest in the UK and represents an impressive range of clients from developers, investors and corporate occupiers, banks and other funders.

With increasing work levels their Residential Development team, they are keen to speak with Solicitors/Legal Executives/Licensed Conveyancers who can demonstrate strong commercial and technical experience or a strong interest (depending on the level of qualification) in working within the Residential Development team concentrating on sales of new build property to Registered Proprietors. The work will include but not limited to the development agreements, development management agreements, site set up work, preparing leases and transfers.

The successful candidate will work closely and in partnership with clients and partners in the Residential Development team based in either Northampton, Birmingham or Manchester.
