Commercial Property Solicitor- NQ-3 Years PQE - Cambridge

A commercial law firm in Cambridge is looking to recruit into their commercial property team.

The successful candidate will ideally have between NQ- 3 years qualified in dealing with a caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, development work, corporate support and landlord and tenant matters. Clients range from owner occupiers with property portfolios, banks, overseas investors, developers and social housing providers. They are able to attract good quality commercial work, often being high value, both locally as well as in larger cities such as London.

All lawyers are actively encouraged to meet clients and get involved in the networking and business development side of things.

This would be the perfect role for an ambitious junior lawyer looking to work alongside a supportive team working on top quality work
