Senior Corporate & Commercial Solicitor/Partner.

I am interested in speaking to corporate & Commercial lawyers who may be interested in a senior role within a legal 500 and chambers listed corporate & commercial team.

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate upwards of approximately 10 years PQE in dealing with matters such as Mergers and acquisitions, the sale or purchase of companies, share sales, joint ventures and restructuring of companies.

You will have a career history of working in well respected commercial departments and be ambitious to progress further with one of the regions leading commercial firms in a senior role. As well as the fee earning side of things any applicants must be successful business developers who are able to nurture and maintain business relationships. The firm sees this appointment as a key strategic hire in order to develop this particular team in the Cambridge office.

This role would suit either current Cambridgeshire based company commercial solicitors or alternatively those commuting into the commercial firms in London that are perhaps looking for a role closer to home to get a better work life balance without taking a step back in the quality of the work that they deal with. There are several ex city lawyers within the various departments which have been attracted by the quality of work and culture of the firm

The firm looks to reward their staff for their work and will offer a good salary and excellent benefits package including a very generous pension scheme (up to 5%) and bonus scheme (up to 10% of salary) and much more.
