An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a leading Trusts, Tax and Probate team outside of London in Maidstone, Kent. They deal with high quality transactional work for commercial clients, investors, developers, landed estate owners, SMEs and HNW individuals

The Role

The firm are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their flourishing office in Maidstone, Kent.

You will manage a busy broad caseload of Wills with varying levels of complexity, Trusts and Deeds of Variation, Tax Planning, administration of estates, last of attorney, and deal particularly with HNW individuals, landed estate owners and owners of SMEs.

This department is highly ranked by the Legal 500 and is ranked in Chambers with recent work including advising on the tax matters of a £6m investment company and sale of a £1.5m multi-use agricultural estate.

Requirement

• You will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE
• STEP Qualification would be advantageous but not essential
• Strong interpersonal and client care skills with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
