Corporate Solicitor - Exeter (NQ-3)

A very well regarded regional firm is looking for a Solicitor to join their corporate team in Exeter. The role will be focussed on a range of non-contentious corporate and a commercial work, including advising on business/share transactions, drafting commercial contracts and giving general commercial advise.

They are looking for a junior Solicitor NQ - 3 years' PQE in Corporate or commercial work. The ideal candidate will also have experience in business development, the ability to manage you own workload and meet tight deadlines with excellent communication skills.

In return you will have a very good work life balance with (hours are 9.00am-5.15pm) and 25 days holiday, as well as a competitive salary and other benefits.
