Commercial Property Solicitor - Ipswich

A modern and forward thinking property specialist firm is looking to recruit a commercial property lawyer to their growing team.

The successful candidate will be expected to show experience of handling their own caseload of sales and purchases of commercial property as well as being able to advise on commercial leases, lease renewals, lease terminations and overage agreements.

This is a great chance for a commercial conveyancer to join a specialist firm and be a key person in this team. You would be working as part of a small team of commercial property lawyers and and have plenty of opportunity to grow this element of the business further, backed by a supportive and ambitious management.

Salary dependent on experience as part of a good package.
