Job Details

Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/CLC

An award winning Legal 500 listed regional practice is keen to appoint an additional experienced residential conveyancer to join its expanding team and occupy a senior position within the Residential Property Team.

Based in the heart of Coventry, the firm is a full service practice and is regarded as one of the leading firms in Warwickshire. The practice is held in high esteem in the locality and provides the full range of legal services to individuals and commercial entities alike.

The Residential Property team is enjoying a period of growth due to an influx of instructions and so it is seeking to strengthen its offering with the hire of an experienced residential conveyancer. You will have a minimum of 7 years' experience of working within residential conveyancing and will be proficient in dealing with the full remit of residential property matters. Given the seniority of this position the firm is inviting applications from those who are qualified as a solicitor, legal executive or a licensed conveyancer.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Department and, in addition to file handling, you will also be afforded the opportunity to participate in business development activities to open up new revenue streams. You will have access to high quality work from a longstanding and well established client base and you will enjoy support from secretaries and paralegals to enable you to focus on getting the job done rather than being tied down by administration.

The firm is offering a competitive salary along with a very good benefits package which includes a bonus scheme, childcare vouchers, subsidised parking along with an abundance of progression opportunities. The practice is proud to boast a very friendly and down to earth culture and very much looks to promote from within so this is a great opportunity for those who are looking for a traditional conveyancing role that is a world away from a high-volume environment.
