Our client, a highly regarded specialist Family law practice with dedicated offices nationwide. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to help shape and develop the department, based in their St Albans office.

The firm have been experiencing consistently strong growth levels that have been generated through strong relationships within its core areas (family) and is now in a position to leverage these relationships with a Private client services that will include: powers of attorney and applications, probate and estate administration, wills and trusts: preparing wills to meet client's needs, drafting trust provisions within wills including lifetime trusts and discretionary trusts, advising on tax implications of wills and trusts etc. Your caseload will include privately funded children arrangements, divorce, finances, cohabitation, civil partnership, pre-nuptial agreements and much more.

To be successful in this role we are looking for a qualified solicitor who displays outstanding client care, fee earning ability, people management and generate business through existing clients and professional networks. It would be highly beneficial if you have previous experience working on cases out of jurisdiction/involving trust work and/or high net cases including complex assets
