Litigation Lawyer - Financial Mis-selling Claims

Your new company
This company is a highly successful claims specialist in Manchester, who pride themselves on their professional service to customers. Due to expansion of the business, an opportunity has arisen for a qualified lawyer to take a lead on consumer credit claims against financial institutions and providers including leading investigations and advising clients.

Your new role
This is a newly created role as part of a growing legal team. You will handle a busy caseload whilst maintaining high regulatory and compliance standards and will be responsible for managing civil litigation claims for mis-sold financial products. Due to the nature of the organisation, you will be required to ensure that the business complies with its regulatory obligations under SRA, ICO and CMR and you must be committed to keeping up to date with FCA regulations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a driven and motivated solicitor or Cilex qualified legal executive with financial mis-selling experience. You will be at least 1 pqe with experience in managing your own litigation caseload with working knowledge of the Consumer Credit Act. You should be able to provide legal advice in a commercial and easy to digest manner with experience in handling a high volume caseload.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus benefits with the opportunity to progress in a developing role. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of growing business that continues to expand its product portfolio and presence in the claims management space.
