As a Principal Solicitor specialising in property law, you’ll enjoy scope and variety that’s unusual in our sector. You’ll be part of our team helping to influence and drive forward the council’s ambitious agenda. As a qualified barrister or solicitor, your knowledge and experience will be vital in delivering high quality legal advice in this performance-focused role. We’ll be looking to you to ensure robust advice is provided to the council to enable it to meet legal requirements and demonstrate good decision making.

Comfortable working at senior levels of local government, you’ll give strong, clear guidance – and know when to seek outside legal advice.
