Wills & Probate Paralegal

An experienced Wills & Probate Paralegal is required for one of the best known smaller firms in the region.

The opportunity

The firm in question requires a full-time Wills & Probate Paralegal to join their busy Private Client Team at their Liverpool office working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

The role is to work directly for an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor.

The firm has a reputation for being one of the most progressive and successful High Street Law Firms in the North West with a first rate Private Client offering.

They currently employ over 40 members of staff and their offices are located in the heart of the business district within walking distance of Moorfields Station.

The details

This is very much a client facing role. Work will involve taking initial instructions from clients and providing advice on Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

You will also be responsible for preparing and registering Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, liaising with clients to keep them updated throughout the process.

Other miscellaneous work may include drafting documents, client liaison, research work, general correspondence and other fee earner support.

At least 12 months experience in Wills & Probate advice is essential.

What is on offer

The salary for the role is expected to be between £19,000 and £22,000 depending upon experience.

25 days annual leave.
