Job Details
Due to continued success and growth, a Wills and Probate Solicitor / Legal Executive is required to join this busy and friendly team. You will be keen to contribute to the growth of the Firm and in return be rewarded for your contribution of this achievement. On a daily basis, your role will include:
Drafting of Wills and Codicils; Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney; Drafting Deeds of Variation; Probate applications; Deputyship Applications to the Court of Protection.
You will also be required to participate in networking and practice development activities.
Ideally you will have around 5 years+ experience in Wills & Probate work -this is a guide line only all levels of PQE will be considered;
Track of record of achieving career, financial (including fee targets) and business development goals;
Enthusiasm to engage in networking and practice development activities;
Demonstrable ability and keen to build and maintain client and referral relationships.
