Job Details

Are you an experienced commercial litigation solicitor seeking your next role in a Top 20, international law firm?

Do you have a minimum of one year PQE and experience within a large commercial or boutique practice?

If so, then please do read on.

One of the UK's premier law firms has a requirement for a solicitor operating at assistant level as they continue the growth of their dispute resolution team.

This is a team consistently ranked in the highest levels of the Legal 500 within several practice areas who envisage this role as a truly key position within the department.

You will work alongside some of the leading names in dispute resolution and manage a caseload predominantly comprised of contractual disputes, insolvency litigation, property litigation and financial litigation.

With the firm specialising in several other areas of commercial litigation including Finance, Fraud, Construction, Crime, Insurance & Reinsurance, Information Technology, Media, Intellectual Property, Property and Tax and Pensions disputes there may well be the opportunity to gain exposure to these areas of work down the line.

With the litigation market seemingly making a resurgence of late this is an excellent time for commercial litigators to consider what they might be missing in their current role and what they can potentially achieve elsewhere.

In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".
