The Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Office Assistant to join our clients’ team in Camberley, Surrey. Undertaking various administration and support duties, the firm is seeking a candidate with strong academics including Maths and English. Duties will include: preparing legal documents; submitting and reviewing searches; file management; liaising with clients and other professionals; Land Registry enquiries; completions and; deeds after completions. Having a fast typing speed and excellent IT skills is highly desirable to the role. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop within a fast-paced environment where hard work is rewarded, on a full-time basis.

The Candidate
Ideally, a Legal Secretary or Assistant with previous experience within a Residential Property department;
Has a fast typing speed and great attention to detail;
Proficient in the use of Land Registry Portal;
Possess the ability to work well within a team and on own initiative;
Be IT literate.
