A newly or recently qualified Commercial Disputes Lawyer is required to join the Litigation team of a top regional law firm that has grown substantially over the last 10 years and boasts a client base of enviable quality.
State of the art systems, an open door culture, first class management and a client base of quality rather than quantity are on offer to a solicitor with a strong interest in both commercial and civil disputes.
The successful candidate will be joining a large supportive team culture that believes in a traditional approach.
You should be able to demonstrate at least a 6 month training seat containing experience of all aspects of commercial litigation, ideally including a range of contractual and commercial disputes, construction, landlord and tenant, property/land disputes, professional negligence and insolvency matters.
Additionally you will be asked to become part of the marketing and business development of the practice moving forward.
