Motor Claims Manager.

This growing insurance brand, which is based on the outskirts of Newcastle, in state of the art offices, is recruiting for a Customer Service Team Manager to work within its First Notification Team. 

The role will be varied, but the core duties will include the following:
  • Managing and driving the performance of your team members, to ensure an effective, efficient seamless front-line service is achieved, whilst meeting departmental goals, objectives and expectations
  • Managing and supporting your team on meeting the needs of the customers, including adhering to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly
  • Ensuring your team provides exceptional customer service to all customers, in line with the service department’s expectations, through undertaking regular timely quality audits, delivering effective feedback/coaching to individuals, identifying and supporting individual development actions or wider training needs.
