Job Details
Our client are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join them as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal in their Manchester office. You will be joining a dedicated team who value a friendly approach with their clients, instead of total corporate formality, whilst staying completely professional. The team consists of 5 solicitors, 2 paralegals and 4 support staff.
In this role you will offer support to the fee earners with a caseload of residential and plot sales matters.The property paralegal also has potential of assisting in purchase matters. You will be drafting documents to include Contracts and Transfer of Deeds to name a few.
The Residential Conveyancing Paralegal will bring with them relevant experience in handling residential matters to include the process of sales and purchase transactions. Communication skills are key as the successful candidate will be speaking with clients, lenders and solicitors.
