We are looking to recruit an experienced Patent & Trade Mark recruitment consultant with a solid grounding in the Patent & Trade Mark recruitment market. You should have a solid billing history and a network of contacts in this sector.
QED Legal is an established UK wide recruitment brand with over 20 consultants that deals with fee earners and support staff roles for private practice law firms (primarily) as well as having a specialist Legal IT team and In House / Industry teams.
This role could be based in Manchester, Scotland or Sussex in our regional offices in those locations or there is the ability to work from home for the right candidate. In an ideal world you would be office based and be looking, over time, to build a small team around you, whose billings would boost your earning capability.
We are a non-micro-management, non KPI led agency that focuses on service rather than pure financials. We have a commission scheme that pays monthly in arrears but each quarter allows you to earn up to 60% of your billings (in addition to a market rate base salary).
QED is entirely cloud based and we provide you with a laptop to allow you complete flexibility in working with full access to the database and legal research tools.
We are looking for a self-motivated experienced Patent & Trade Mark recruitment consultant who is looking for a role that affords flexibility and the ability to head up a department / team.
