An NQ Real Estate Solicitor is required for an exciting opportunity at one of Manchester's best law firms.

The opportunity

The role is open to Real Estate Solicitor with upwards of at least 12 months contemporary experience in general Real Estate work (either during training contract or post qualification).

With a reputation for a strong training ethos and their own lawyers becoming known 'names' in the market, the firm continues to attract some of he best talent in the industry. Why not be part of it.

You will become part of a successful team advising clients across a range of diverse sectors including; Leisure; Media; Retail; Technology and Manufacturing.

Working for partners considered to be leaders in this field, NQ's in this team benefit from gaining exposure to a broad range of transactional real estate work including development, acquisitions, investment and disposals, for an impressive client base.

The details

This is a significant role for any lawyer looked for a well rounded real estate role. It will involve, inter alia:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial real estate documents, including sale/purchase contracts, development agreements, agreements for lease and leases;

Landlord & Tenant;

Property Finance;

Overage Agreements;

Real Estate Development

Joint Ventures

What is on offer

Salary of between £39,000 and £42,000

Bonus of up to 10% salary.
