Job Details
Community Care – A community care solicitor is required by a London law firm. The successful community care solicitor will join a community care team dedicated to providing legal advice and assistance to persons under a disability and in the later life sector. The community care solicitor, ideally, will have some knowledge of Community Care / Public law (adults and children) and Court of Protection work. Experience in Mental Health matters, and Judicial Review, NHS Continuing Care Claims, Disability Discrimination, Carer Assessments, Mental Health aftercare and Personal Health Budgets is essential.
Salary dependent upon experience.
