Location: Kent/South London

Dates: ASAP, Ongoing

Rates: 30 - 35 per hour

The Role

Currently recruiting a Locum Company Commercial / Corporate Solicitor for an ongoing contract starting ASAP. The successful Locum Company Commercial / Corporate Solicitor will be handling a caseload of Company Commercial matters including acquisitions & mergers, shareholder agreements, solvent re-structuring and more.

Essential Experience

Applicants for this Company Commercial role should have experience dealing with all aspects of Company Commercial / Corporate law, as well as having a general legal knowledge. The successful Locum Company Commercial / Corporate Solicitor will have experience and be able to provide evidence of experience drafting terms of business, advising on starting / running a business and franchises.

Desirable Experience

Applicants should have over 6 years PQE.
