Job Details
A City based construction law team has a vacancy for a construction litigation solicitor. The department advises national and multi-national corporations, contractors, construction professionals, public sector authorities and private sector organisations. As a member of the litigation team your duties will include managing proceedings in the Technical and Construction Court, and providing dispute resolution to clients who have disagreements arising from construction contracts.
