Job Details
A Legal 500 firm with a City presence are keen to recruit a Company Commercial Solicitor into their Bury St Edmunds office.
The ideal candidate will be an NQ-6 years PQE Company Commercial Solicitor who will have gained hands on experience dealing with a wide range of non-contentious company commercial work, including shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, company sale and acquisitions and will be competent in commercial property Law.
Confidence in running your own caseload under supervision is also essential, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. The firm have an open plan office space which reflects their laid back and personable style of working, and they can offer excellent scope for progression as the firm continues to grow.
The firm are willing to consider full or part-time working.
