My client has an excellent reputation in commercial property work across the region. Due to an increase in new clients they are looking to recruit an additional Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE to join their dynamic Taunton office.

The successful candidate will join a forward-thinking and progressive Commercial Property team which operates across a diverse range of work including, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, investment and development work for household name brands.

You will work with a variety of partners and senior lawyers on complex Commercial Property matters allowing you develop further in your legal career

The ideal candidate will not only be technically strong but be confident when directly dealing with clients and have the personality and drive to be successful with business development as part of the wider commercial property team.
