Senior Legal Assistant

Grade: PO1-PO3

Salary: £30,324-£38,229

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience of debt recovery and enforcement work. You will demonstrate knowledge of the law and practice to manage a caseload mainly relating to debt recovery in respect of leaseholder service charges, major works and commercial rent, using your own initiative and with minimum supervision. You will also undertake some housing work, including advocacy in housing rent possession cases, and as such you must have excellent influencing skills.
