Commercial litigation solicitor sought for law firm with enviable reputation in the Midlands.
 
This leading regional law firm is seeking to appoint a commercial litigation solicitor with around 4-5 years post qualification experience. You will come on board acting on behalf of a wide range of clients to include individuals, local businesses and commercial property investors, undertaking a caseload of varied commercial litigation matters regarding real estate disputes, partnership and inheritance disputes and professional negligence claims.
 
It would be advantageous if you have experience of agricultural land disputes and contested probate though this is not essential.
 
You will be joining a small team split across two offices so it is important you can work free of significant supervision. An appetite for business development and networking is essential to continue to build the offering within the commercial litigation team.
 
This Staffordshire-based opportunity is definitely a role which is going to develop very quickly. With partners travelling across from other offices to maintain a management presence this is one where the right candidate can quickly progress into a management role.
