Malvern, Worcester – Travel throughout England and Wales/Some overseas
Salary £40-45k per annum depending on experience

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our expanding team as a Presentation Specialist.  The Presentation Specialist will work to build relationships with new customers and enhance relationships with existing customers through detailed and comprehensive demonstrations of our niche Legal Software product, Osprey Approach.  As a specialist supplier of cutting edge Legal Software you will be working with our sales team and our implementation team and will understand our customers’ requirements and how they can get the most out of our suite of Legal Software products and mobile apps.  With full training you will become the Osprey guru and the “go to” source when it comes to answering pre-sales and implementation related product enquiries.  You will review our customer’s business processes and system requirements and use this knowledge to provide a demonstration highlighting key benefits and resolving current pain points.
 
You will feel at home working and communicating with everyone from Managing Partners to junior staff, from the technically competent to those who are still finding their way with technology.  You will be able speak in technical terms but also break this down where necessary to ensure the message resonates with the audience. Your skills will enable you to identify the right approach for your audience ensuring that every demonstration is well received.
 
Leading product audits will enable you to evaluate how new and existing customers currently utilise technology and you will provide both written reports and visual demonstrations and how adopting new technology or utilising more of existing technology firms will be able to become more efficient and streamlined.
 
With experience you will contribute to the evaluation of existing products and the generation of ideas for new products. You will work with our sales team and implementation team to develop recommendations regarding new products and updates to existing products and will present these to the management board for consideration.
 
The key duties of this position include:
Onsite and Online demonstrations to new and existing customers
Seminar and Webinar product presentations
Provide input and drive communications to new and existing customers
Identify activities to support the implementation of new product features
Lead Product Audits
Keep up to date with new initiatives, product development, release dates and new products offerings
Extensive UK travel, potentially some overseas travel

 
Required Skills

Knowledge of software security best practices beneficial
Understanding of GDPR beneficial
Knowledge and experience of working in or around the legal profession
