Lexcel accredited practice is seeking an Industrial Disease Fee Earner to take on an interesting and complex caseload in Pontefract.

They are now looking a client-focused Industrial Disease Fee Earner to join their team in Pontefract.

The Role
We are now seeking an Industrial Disease Fee Earner to join our client's busy department in Pontefract, West Yorkshire. Applications are encouraged from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Paralegals who have attained a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a reputable Industrial Disease department. Working alongside senior fee earners, you will be able to handle your caseload under minimum supervision. Duties will include: noise-induced hearing loss; instructing Counsel and experts; undertaking advocacy; filing documents and enforcements; ensuring compliance; asbestosis and; LAA applications.

The Candidate
Ideally, qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
Previous experience handling own caseload of Personal Injury/Litigation is essential.
Possess first class client skills.
Aptitude for business development and a willingness to become involved in marketing initiatives would be advantageous.
Professional with good work ethics.
Management/supervisory experience is desirable.
