A Commercial law firm with a first-rate reputation operating throughout the East of England has a requirement for an NQ to 2 year PQE lawyer to join a growing practice area, specialising in Charities and regulation law. This is an exciting career opportunity for a lawyer to join top law firm that can offer excellent training, career development and progression.

Training will be provided within this role, however the firm are looking for someone who is passionate about building their long term career working in the Charities and not for profit sectors. You will be actively involved in business development, networking and building up the firms practice area whilst also working an existing case-load. The Charities team sits within the wider firms Corporate department and the work will advising on matters relating to constitutional, governance and operational needs.

Previous direct experience of working with Charities is not required, however the successful lawyer will have knowledge of corporate / commercial / contract law that may include commercial contracts and / or mergers & acquisitions.
