I am working closely with a National firm in Central London who have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join their growing team. The salary and benefits package on offer is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.

The Employment team handles high profile, Claimant work which usually involves negotiating exit packages for CEOs, Directors and other Senior Executives and so the quality of the work is unrivalled.
The successful candidate will manage a caseload of Claimant Employment matters and be actively involved in marketing and business development to further improve the department’s reach.
Applications are invited from ambitious Employment Solicitors with around 2 – 6 years PQE who have strong experience dealing with contentious and non-contentious matters whether Claimant or Respondent although, you must have a genuine desire to specialise in Claimant work. You should have a proven track record as an Employment Solicitor within a leading regional or national firm.
You will be working directly with the Partners and so will gain excellent exposure to clients.
