Are you a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking for a role on a fixed term basis? A Law Firm, based in Cheshire, are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor on a 12 month fixed term basis, covering Maternity Leave. The firm have recently won Employer of the Year at a business awards event, making this a brilliant opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join an award winning firm.
The Role
- Broad ranging residential conveyancing role including but not limited to: sales, purchases, leases, re-mortgages and shared ownership.
- Responsible for running your own case load of Residential Conveyancing matters from initial instruction to completion.
- Fixed term contract for 12 months.
Ideally, the right candidate will have at least 3 years PQE, however, this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants, and candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant knowledge/skills will also be considered. The firm are going through a particularly busy period so there may be scope for a longer term potential so this is perfect for a residential conveyancing solicitor wanting to take the next step.
