Salary Range: £46,646 - £49,618 p.a. (plus Market Forces Payment of £4000 p.a. + one off welcome payment of £4,000)
Hours: 37 hours per week

Job Duties:

The Childcare Litigation Unit, a LEXCEL accredited legal service offers a talented and ambitious legal professional the chance to gain invaluable experience and build a solid platform for a successful and rewarding career. Due to the continued success and expansion of Hertfordshire County Council’s legal service and increased collaboration with District Councils in Hertfordshire we are seeking to grow and strengthen our team. We are looking to appoint talented, ambitious and committed lawyers to work across our team based primarily at our Hertford office.

We are looking for a highly motivated talented advocate to join our childcare litigation team. You will be a qualified lawyer with appropriate rights of audience. We are keen to hear from you if you have a track record of successful advocacy in Public Law Children Act proceedings and an ability to deal with complex and challenging cases without the responsibility of holding a caseload.
