The Role

This firm are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their flourishing Corporate office in Brighton, East Sussex.

The firm's Corporate Team provide act for businesses, banks, investors and entrepreneurs and also deal with private equity investments. They have a wealth of experience, strong connections and an excellent reputation and client focus in the corporate finance community.

The role will include duties such as; Mergers and acquisition work, shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, share reconstructions, demergers, share buy backs, LLP members agreements, loan and funding documents, subscription agreements and funding documents, share options and employee incentive schemes, some limited banking work.
