Construction Litigation PFI Lawyer
A major UK and international law firm.
Within the Construction & Engineering dispute resolution team which forms an essential part of the global cross practice sector team, Infrastructure, Construction and Transport.
Following significant growth and further projected growth, they now have a new role for a contentious construction, projects and infrastructure associate to join their market leading specialist team.
The key focus of the role will be on domestic and international PFI/PPP disputes.
Acting for a diverse client and sector base, the successful candidate will gain direct experience in all aspects of disputes avoidance, management and resolution of high quality highly complex disputes in the PFI/PPP sector.
The role will be based in the London office with an existing team, but will also require frequent travel both nationally and internationally.
To be successful in this role, you will likely be NQ-6pqe with strong construction experience.
Prior experience of contentious PFI/PPP work would be a definite advantage and candidates with contentious construction or non-contentious projects experience will also be considered;
