The firm runs a sophisticated internal training programme covering all the core areas of corporate finance and capital markets.

They believe in global mobility and, for those who are interested, there will be significant opportunities to work overseas once you have spent some time in London.

ABOUT YOU

An outstanding Corporate Finance/ECM lawyer with 2-5PQE or equivalent is sought to join the team.

You will have good experience of UK Corporate Finance/ECM transactions and a general grounding in English company law would be helpful. The more senior you are, the more you will have specific (preferably high-value) ECM experience along with experience of transaction organisation and management.

Lawyers at all levels must have excellent document drafting skills. You should demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills along with a high level of commercial awareness.

In short, the firm is looking for people who are motivated by client satisfaction, who strive to exceed the expectations of their clients and want to play an important part in the development and success of the ECM business.

Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. Please note our advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the minimum level of experience required. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfill this kind of work.
