Intellectual Property Partner

An Intellectual Property (IP) Senior Associate Solicitor / Partner / Director is sought for a demading and rewarding role within a Commercial Solicitors in Leeds. This is a varied role encompassing all elements of Intellectual Property, both contentious and non-contentious. The caseload is varied and will include IP Litigation, Patents and Trade Marks, Licences & Collaborative Agreements, Data Protection and IT Projects. This is a great role for a Senior solicitor to join a National recognised team and a firm with an outstanding name in the marketplace.

You will be tasked with helping to grow the department with the help and support of other Partners. The team is already established and have some great clients but there is a real opportunity to make a real footprint in the Legal market. The appointed Solicitor is expected to be a Head of Legal, Legal Director or a Partner looking for a fresh opportunity. My client will consider Senior Associates who are looking for the next step or want a "real" opportunity to Partnership.

The appointed Solicitor will be technically able and be able to demonstrate a real passion in dealing with both contentious and non-contentious IP related matters. Client care is essential and the role needs someone who is happy to do business development work.
