Job Details
A leading solicitors firm who possess over 100 years of history are seeking to appoint an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join their well renowned team located in Blackburn.
As the ideal candidate it is expected that you will have a solid background handling your own caseload of Private Client matters such as, wills, probate, Lasting Power of Attorney and estate planning. It is also essential that you will have experience in property matters including residential conveyancing, probate property, trusts, residential care planning, transfer of ownership and severance of tenancies.
This is a niche role therefore, an ambitious personal attitude is required shared with a strong academic record and excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a fee earner who does both property and probate which is why we were initially interested in this candidate.
She has just completed her training contract and is looking to obtain a Solicitor¿s position within a firm specialising in probate, wills and conveyancing. Her experience in private client work including wills, probate Lasting Power of Attorney and estate planning. She also has experience in property matters including residential conveyancing, probate property, transfer of ownership and severance of tenancies.
She is looking to secure a new role quickly now she has qualified; she is an ambitious, hard working and very personable.
