Commercial Litigation Paralegal to Training Contract opportunity in Northampton. 

A rare an exciting opportunity has emerged in Northampton for an experienced commercial litigation paralegal to join a firm with a direct route to a training contract. 

The firm has been practicing locally for over 50 years and has an unrivaled reputation for quality of service locally within the SME and owner managed business community.
 
You will ideally be an experienced paralegal who is focused on commercial transactional work including advising small businesses on contract matters, formation and structuring issues as well as exposure to business sales and purchasing.

Ideally the candidate will also have exposure to commercial property, including drafting leases and managing acquisitions and disposals for transnational work.  The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience, as well as a strong academic history. 

The firm is offering a fantastic opportunity in Northampton for an experienced paralegal to join a dedicated commercial and commercial property team and work with 2 leading senior lawyers within the commercial transactional sector. With over 26 years’ experience between them you will be ideally placed to learn and develop at a rate only limited by your own efforts. You will be in receipt of a regionally leading salary and part of a supportive and progression focused team.

Ideally the right candidate will be an LLB and LPC graduate or a well-qualified junior litigation Legal Executive with a view to a direct route to qualification, whether through CILEx or a training contract in quick succession.
