Our clients Property Litigation team comprises over 20 specialist lawyers able to service clients at regional and national levels.  As one of the largest teams in the country, they pride themselves on offering their clients real strength and expertise in resolving disputes quickly and effectively. 

The firm act for a wide range of corporates, investors and asset management companies, retailers, residential landlords and individuals and boast particular expertise in the social housing, retail and leisure, development, charities, government and banking sectors. 

This is a new opportunity for a junior level vacancy within their Property Litigation team located in Central Cardiff. The firm is looking for candidates who have good academic and technical experience gained during trainee and /or paralegal roles. The candidate should be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for both litigation and property law and want to pursue a career in this area. The role will involve property based litigation, social housing litigation in the Courts and Tribunals and advocacy skills are required.  The person will be expected to work closely with other members of the Property Litigation Team in Cardiff and also with real estate colleagues.

The successful candidate will be well supported at Partner and Associate level and by other fee earners and will be joining a collegiate environment.
