This leading Top 100 client's real estate practice in Bristol has a national reputation and is now keen to recruit an ambitious commercial property solicitor to join this successful team.

Your new role

The role will offer you exposure to a broad property caseload acting for property development, management and investment clients. Primarily you will be dealing with portfolio management, acquisition and disposal issues and secured lending for a variety of national and local investment and occupational companies, as well as undertaking some development work. This is a great role that will allow you exposure of a variety of commercial property areas for top clients.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally you will be around 0-4 years of post-qualification, with this experience gained with a leading property practice. You will be a genuine team player and a great communicator, who enjoys helping and working alongside others in a team environment.
